About Rhonda.

Born and raised in Omaha Nebraska, Rhonda made her way to Texas in 2001 to be a French teacher in the public school system. She taught for 7 years before picking up a camera and becoming a professional photographer. She shot throughout the United States and continuously worked to expand her art and her ability to connect with audiences to deliver a message of self-worth and hope.

After a personal photo project in 2015, Rhonda established the Choose Courage Foundation and was acting CEO for 10 years. The CCF was committed to growing awareness about domestic abuse, breaking the shame, stigma, and silence by celebrating the courage of survivors across the nation. Rhonda’s work with survivors and her own life journey led her to become a certified breathwork, meditation, and sound therapist. Exploring the world of holistic healing, backed by science, and living an inspired life.  Rhonda’s at home in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and enjoys being a Jujitsu mom to a teenage boy and a supporting partner to her husband. She also loves to hike, trave,l and savor a good cup of hot chocolate.
